All I can say is that it's exactly what I've been looking for.
I really like the breakdown of stretching. There are 135 different stretches given starting from the head and neck area going down through the body to the feet. One can pick a specific muscle area to stretch to avoid injury or treat after an injury. This is not just for an athlete.
Some of the stretches are basic, but there are also some other very well set stretch for specific area. Good stretch book
Easy to do with pictures.
I liked that the book provided background on stretching and described lots of stretches. The index based on sport/activity was very useful. Like that it was spiral bound. Makes using the book while stretching easy.

Actually I think this book is very good and useful - in fact I already got "The Anatomy of Stretching" by the same author.
But when I ordered the book I didn't understand well about the kindle book system which is quite inconvenient to me.
So what I really want is to get the book in paper.
So please let me know if I can get the paper edition of the book and I will pay the difference amount.

Seems I need to stretch more and more. We have a PT group at work and they also posters up about stretching. I've sought out the authors of the posters and have other stretching books. I started with this ebook, than also bought the spiral bound book and DVD. I really like the layout and depth of these products.
